Dave has been fishing for 44 years but only started Carp fishing in1976.
He has fished all over England and Europe and currently holds UK and European pb's of 54lb and 64lb 8oz.
Another great passion of Dave's is writing articles which regularly appear in Advanced Carp fishing magazine.
